The fiber suspension in water, at a consistency of around 99% water, is “formed” in single or several even layers on a moving wire. We manufacture Single, Twin & Triple Wire machine as per the requirement.Each layer has a specific stock composition suited to the layer’s function in the paper construction. The composition and properties of the stock depend on the amount of long vs. short fibers, the kind of pulp, its degree of refinement, and the proportion of broke that was added. The water is drained with vacuum assistance from the layer of entangled fibers. The layers are brought together in the wet state.
