To recycle used Newsprint Paper, first it is sent to a Pulping process, where it is mixed with water and chemicals to aid in re-sloshing, before being cleaned and screened to remove large contaminants. The pulp is then de-inked in specially designed De Inking machines section before further cleaning, screening and brightening. Water is continually treated and recycled within the plant, to minimize total water consumption.
Water is then added to the de-inked pulp to produce slurry of 99% water and 1% fibre. This mixture is then pumped into the wet-end part of our machine.

It then reduces the water content in the mixture by forming, pressing and drying to form a continuous paper web. The paper is smoothed by soft calendaring prior to being wound into jumbo rolls.

Paper Pulper is used for crushing virgin pulp (slabs or sheets), wastepaper processing, machine broke, deinking and pulp purification. It disintegrates the fiber by the action of mechanical operation. Among the raw materials waste paper processing is significant. Because in waste paper may be contains dust, sand, wire stapler pins, clips, nails, hooks, adhesive tapes, plastic tapes, string, un-dissolved coating and other foreign materials like asphalt wax, plastics etc. Waste paper should be free from these undesirable materials but some may be remains. If these materials mixed with the pulp and move towards into wire section; it must be creates some unwanted problems may be damage wire as well as poor quality paper sheet. Moreover centri-cleaner may be blocked, increase the paper web breaks, reduce the press felt and dryer screen performance. So the pulper has the ability to remove the contaminant.

The operation of pulper may be batch wise or continuous mode. In a batch mode operation it can be control the size, filler, dry strength additives, color etc by add a specific amount of chemicals in pulper. Surfactants are used for stock deinking. The associate chemicals of surfactants are dispersant, anti-foaming, caustic soda, Borax and sodium silicates. Dispersant prevent the ink to deposit onto the fiber; foaming agent reduce foam formation and other three chemicals caustic soda, Borax and sodium silicates enhance the action of surfactants.

When the bales of wood pulp or waste paper arrive at the paper mill they are loaded onto a conveyor and passed into a circular tank containing water. This has a very powerful Rotor at the bottom which breaks up the bales into small pieces.

The most prominent feature of the Hi Con Pulper is the large, auger-style screw in the center. This screw rotates at relatively low speeds and provides the energy required to circulate the pulp mass. Because of the high consistency in the vat, a large power motor is required.

The high density cleaner consists of one top part fabricated from SS304 plate.Our High Density Cleaners (HDC) is large diameter forward cleaners capable of processing several hundred tons of fiber per day.This High Density Cleaner separates heavy contaminants from fibers in suspensions of fibers in water. This protects downstream equipment from excessive wear and damage.

A tangential inlet nozzle and one vertical outlet nozzle is provided on this. The nozzles are provided with secondary loose flanges for easy installation. One SS cone is attached to the top portion. Between this, one conical transparent glass is provided for viewing and controlling of the separation of rejected from the pulp. This glass is fitted in a MS chamber. This chamber is provided with a tube light at the rear side which enables the clear vision of separation. At the bottom, one SS reject collecting chamber is provided for the collection of rejected materials. This reject chamber is also provided with viewing glass which enables to see the quantity of reject collected. In between the separation zone and reject chamber quick operating valve is provided. This disconnects the flow of pulp from the separating zone to reject chamber when the cleaning of reject chamber is done. The reject chamber is provided with one tangential water inlet top control the separation of particles from the pulp, and one outlet for releasing the air to the time of starting of the equipment. The whole assembly is fitted to a MS fabricated stand for installation purposes.

The drum of Decker Thickner is installed eccentric to the vat radius, with more clearance on the feed side than on the discharge side. The drum rotates in the direction of the incoming feed, carrying the pulp underneath the drum to a compaction zone on the other side where dewatering occurs. Filtrate passes through the perforated deck and is discharged through the open end of the drum and an outlet connection on the vat head. The liquid level inside the drum is lower than the level in the vat outside the drum, creating a static pressure differential that drives filtration. Pulp discharge consistency can be regulated by removing or adding stainless steel weirs to the overflow wall between the filter vat and the pulp discharge box. By regulating the same, Pulp is being made thicken for easy storage in chest.

Couch Pit AgitatorGet Quotation
The Couch Pit is situated below the couch roll of the machine. During normal machine operation, this pit receives the edge trim off the sheet. During a "break" the entire sheet enters the pit. The purpose of the Couch Pit Agitator is to re-pulp the sheet so it can be pumped to the broke system. Mixer design is based primarily on the machine tonnages at the couch roll, the sheet consistency and the type of sheet.
The pit is slightly wider than the machine width (to accommodate sheet entry). The machine-direction width just below the machine varies, but invariably necks down at the bottom of the pit. Optimum conditions are achieved with a residence time during break of 3 - 5 minutes. Generally, the pit is divided into cubes, with one agitator per cube recommended. This ensures a rapid and uniform re-pulping action. Normally, a 45° fillet, width equal to 1/3 of the pit width in the machine direction, is used.
A shower installation, consisting of two headers - one on the fillet side of the pit and the other on the side - with 1/2" spray nozzles equally spaced at 6" intervals, is located so that their spray discharge intersects at thecenterof the pit at the liquid surface. The water pressure creates a spray that will both keep the sheet away from the walls and also break the sheet into ribbons. After resuspensioning the consistency would normally be in the 4-5% range.

Paper Machine Press SectionGet Quotation
The main function of the Paper Machine Press section is to continue to remove water from the pulp fibers and to smooth the surface characteristics of the felt and wire sides (top and bottom sides) of the paper web running the length of the machine. The dewatering is carried out by a mechanical pressing of the paper layer against properly selected felts. The simplest construction of a pressing nip consists of two rotating rolls with the paper-felt sandwich transported between them at high speed. During the pressing of the paper layer against the felts, water is squeezed out of the paper and enters the felts. So the water content of the paper decreases to about 48-50% after the pressing section.

A MG Cylinder is a Yankee cylinder, which is used to get Glaze on the surface of the paper. The paper sheet, in contact with the large hot highly polished dryer surface, for a long dwell time, will start to slip and plasticize the surface fibres, improving gloss & glazed properties on one side of the paper.
