Hi Con Pulper

Pulping systems aim to slush the raw material as completely as possible without damaging fibres and without breaking down non-paper components. High consistency pulping at consistencies of 12-18 % bone dry with intensive but gentle fibre- to -fibre friction in maintains the original fibre properties and minimizes fragmentation of contaminants.

The most prominent feature of the Hi Con Pulper is the large, auger-style screw in the center. This screw rotates at relatively low speeds and provides the energy required to circulate the pulp mass. Because of the high consistency in the vat, a large power motor is required.
With highly contaminated recycled paper Or relatively clean recycled paper furnishes, slashing and de trashing system can be undertaken with following results.
